This is the second part of The Outsider, an instrumental piece for electric guitar and symphonic orchestra inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's tale.

This track depicts the moment when the character finally decides to go away and start the journey. The soft and hypnotic melodies of the flûtes have a dizzying effect on the listener who almost feels like falling. This uneasiness is actually the character's.

The track then gradually builds up until an unsettling ending that brings us back into the hypnotic sensation we felt at the beginning, except the bass there makes up for the falling sensation and kinda adds a sense of purpose that leads to a suspended conclusion...
