about

"A Heart For Two" also is a Djent-inspired track.

This one's story is about two lovers, but at some point one has to give his heart to save the other.

But here this concept is not considered "romantically". The rhythmic displacements and overlapping arpeggios of the main riffs are here to state that something is wrong. While writing it, I pictured the veins and the blood pumping through a sick heart.

Then, after the guitar solo, there's a more stable section before coming back to the chords and arpeggios from the Introduction.

Here, different arpeggios and rhythmic patterns appears successively and overlap each other creating a strange and anxious feeling: this is the crucial part, the surgery.

After that comes the Outro section, where the harmony and rhythm are more bright and stable, and a repeating 16th note arpeggio run that adds an exhilarating effect: life is back again!

I know that this is more a good conclusion than an ominous one.^^

But as I said regarding Prequel, this album features different ideas and tracks that showcase the different aspects of Ominous Conclusions.
This name and the darker influences (Lovecraft, Beksinski...) now driving this project came to me while I was actually finishing this first album.
